Dear All,
When I try to clear some GL accounts, Microsoft Navision 2013 gives me this error:
Somebody who knows how to fix this issue?

Have you done any customization to the ext.doc.no. field in your installation?
The problem is that field lengths are not in sync between your NAV objects. So you need to figure out what caused that .
Possible you need to adjust that in one or more of your objects.

What exactly are you doing? Are you running Close Income Statement? Please explain as the message states the General Ledger Entry table has the field External Document No. with 35 characters and the G/L Entry Application Buffer is set to 20 which will need to be corrected to allow for your process to proceed.

Hi, this does not seem to be a standard features in NAV2013, you can contact your Partner to debug, they may need to update the code.
