Cannot install DocuSign

Hi Experts,

When I try an install the DocuSign D365 app from AppSource, I get the following error:

NotProvided
Solution manifest import: FAILURE: The following solution cannot be imported: DocuSign. Some dependencies are missing. Can anyone please point me in the direction to solve this?

    Hello,

    Are you a Global Admin? if not then try to install Docusign using global admin.

    No I am not. I was able to install it on another environment in my tenant. I believe something is missing hence the error 'missing dependencies'. I am just not sure what it is I am missing.

    is it the first time docusign installation for this new environment ?

    Does in the old environment where you have already installed the docusign, does it was connected with the docusign server ? and documents are flying from Entity records to the receivers ?

    I just installed it on the other environment to see if it would install successfully...which it did, so I never tested on the other environment.

    For some reason its not installing on the new environment.
