I am using trial CRM online for practice and I need to do SSRS reporting so i need datasource information of the trial version of CRM, can anyone please tell me how to do that...

Hello,

For creating SSRS reports for Dynamics 365 (CRM) Online you need to download and install the 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 Report Authoring Extension'

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50375

As your data source you will then be able to select 'Dynamics 365' and enter the URL of your organization as a connection string. Connecting directly to the SQL database is unfortunately not possible online.

Hi,

Data source is your URL : https://xxxx.crm.dynamics.com

You can find it in setting-->Customization-->Developer Resource

You can follow below link for creating a SSRS report :

For data source

Note : You must have VS2013 or above for creating SSRS reports.
