Switching from Dynamics Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners to Business Central Premium

Our Silver legacy partnership has just ended and I am trying to decide if partner success core or expanded benefits is the way to go. There is quite a price difference.

Dose Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium give me everything that Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners had. I can find no simple table of camparisons between versions.

Hey!

I think you're comparing 2 different sets of products. D365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR allowed to provision Dataverse and Dynamics 365 "Customer engagement" apps: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service. That means, the "old" CRM point of view.

However, Business Central Premium goes in a different direction: It's a small ERP that allowed you to create invoices, manage inventory, etc.

THe main question here is: what are you using today? Are you using Dynamics 365/Dataverse apps? (Sales hub, customer service hub, field service) on a url like [environment].crm.dynamics.com, or you're using Business Central app?

Hi

We are using it for prospecting and marketing, and a lot of work has been put into it.

Sorry just realised I didn't answer your question. We are using the Dataverse apps. I just need to make sure it keeps going. we now have Partner Success Extended Benefits
