Hi, I make a change in the SalesConfirmReport i made a copy called BPC_Report, only put a label on the report, but when i open in the user the label is not visible.

I already did:

check the visible property.

I made the process to restart the sql client

incremental CIL

Delete and update the caches etc.

I already lost

I very thankfull if someone can give some resources or the way to fix this error.

Hi Uriis23,

Can you tell where exactly you are missing a label? Probably add a screenshot to support your text.

the path is in SalesAnd Marketing-->SalesOrder--> select a sales order --> go to the Vender section and ConfirmSalesOrder

The AOT element is in the SalesConfirm Report

if someone else have this problem i think this is why, but im not entire sure:

The escene is when a Customer has a mark into a chekbox, the confirm sales order have to show a label "Requires quality certificate", and the intructions was made a copy for the salescofirm report and put the legend in one. so when the checked it true Ax show a report2 or report1 if it false

Well, when i searching why not show the label, the option of the settings print management is configured to show and specific report (report1), when i checked who report shows, the name are report2. but the name of the report is only a parameter to match if the object exists in the AOT, but in the end show the report1 like a template.

THE SOLUTION:

Instead to make a copy of the report we decided add another field in the salesConfirmHeaderTmp table and the validation assings a value in the field in the class SalesConfirmDP.setSalesConfirmHeaderTmp to set this value to the data source and assings this value to the label in the report.

Also can do the validation in the field at the report to showing or not, but i decided take the option above.
