We've got a new implementation of D365 online with the Field Service module and I would like to capture some Note detail against the work order to display in a Word template that we then email to the customer. The engineers are creating Notes in the Booking on their cell phones with details of fault discovered and resolution applied.
There are likely (but not always) multiple Bookings per Work Order and would like to send out a single copy of a service report on Work Order completion not on Booking completion.
Is there a way to roll any Notes on the Booking form into the associated Work Order?
