Absence/Leave Management in Human Resource

I have a question regarding absence management in Home page. After I approved the absence which is registered in home page and approved by manager, this absence is not sent to calculation page in human resource module. However, when I register absence from worker page in tab time registration/ absence registation this absence is transfered into calculation page what is the problem? why the absence from home page does not sent to calculation page?
