We need to configure Code repository setups for multiple users for one dev machine and we want there should not be any conflicts while developing parallelly.
Please advice.

Yes, I know, you already said that. And I responded that what you want isn't possible. There may be conflicts when working in the same environment. Developers may need to work on same objects, changes in progress by one developer may block testing of the other developer, a developer may be unable to build CIL and so on.
You either accept that these things may happen, or you must use two development environments. The choice is yours.

we have 2 developers, and one dev box, wanted to setup Code repository for both developers.
and to avoid any conflicts during customizations.
You have contradicting requirements. You can't have complete isolation while sharing the same environments. Choose your priorities.
