I thought I had read somewhere that within this new update there would be the ability to have multiple Sandbox environments and also name them as well? Is this only available on a paid license and not evaluation?
You can have up to 3 sandboxes. You can name them and target them when developing extensions.

Thanks for that, is there any instructions around to do this? Every time I go to create a sandbox it seems to only give me an option to create one or reset an existing one?
You need to create it from Business Central Admin Center.

This is available only for platform 14. Please check if your tenant is upgraded to that platform.
