hi,, i have a microsoft dynamic gp 9 , i known it's an old product but we still used ... i have a problem with integration manager when i tried to run it always have an error "microsoft business solutions-great plains is not running"

Did you fire up GP first and them IM?
Any hope of getting you off GP 9?
Derek is always right. Launching GP first and then IM and both as admin is a sure fire solution. Gives you a hint that security comes into play.

Also, to add, we recommend to use 'Run As Administrator' to launch both Dynamics GP and Integration Manager, even if you're logged onto the machine as an administrator account, as this tends to work better as well.
If you still have issues, my question would be if you see the same issues without going through a Citrix session to access the server?

You need to launch GP first and then launch Integration Manager. This combination will work in a Citrix environment. Make sure you only have one instance of GP running.
