Reduce our database capacity use

Posted on by

We want to make a sandbox environment but we have no database use for that. Does anyone have any tips to clean the database?

For example, we keep track of all email conversations. For example, is there a way to save only the last email with the entire conversation?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

You should consider deleting system job which are in failed/completed/suspended status. Also clean up Audit history log.

You could also setup recurring bulk delete job to delete emails which are older than say 1 month.
