Can I add My own Sub Status in Work Orders and Bookings forms?
How can I do that can anyone explain,I have to add a sub status HOLD in sub status lookup.

You can create a booking status 'On Hold': docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-booking-statuses
The work order system status will remain in progress and the work order sub status won't change, so you can create a Flow to update the work order status if you need. docs.microsoft.com/.../work-order-status-booking-status

For Sub Status in Work Orders:
You can navigate to 'Settings' and create new Work Order Substatus:
You can add custom option to 'System Status' through going settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Option Sets to find WO System Status :
However, it seems that Microsoft does not recommend customizing it.
