How to Customize 'Disqualify a Lead' option for D365 Sales Enterprise?

Hello everyone,

After 1 hour of research I'm going crazy, I can't find an applicable solution to add an option to the Lead disqualification menu.. I searched everywhere in Power Apps but nothing...
all the posts are from several years ago and not clear.

Dynamics version

I hope for a step by step answer from some expert.

Hi There,

Don't stress out, let me help you. As requested here are the detailed steps you can follow:

From the navigation bar select the wheel icon and select advanced setting

Than select customizations and then select customize the system

Once that opens under entities look for Lead entity

Once their, select fields and search for statuscode field and open it

Once the field details open under TYPE section in the status field change it to Disqualified- this will then show Disqualified lead option sets.

Than click on add button to add the option you like

Once done save and publish the customisation and you're good.
