attaching files to customer

hey i was tasked to make a webservice that accepts a base64 value and turn that into a file and attach it to a customer, is there any way i can do that? i've looked everywhere and found no answer, thanks!

    Yes, it's possible.
     
    If you can, use a data entity to implement this requirement. For example, look at Vendor invoice document attachment V2 entity.
     
    Another option is creating a custom service and attaching the file in code.
