If you have a Microsoft Development environment then create a "member management" Page, After creation of page, open RTC, then open Web Services.
and now choose
-------------------------------
Object Type Object ID Object Name
Page PageID PageName
--------------------------------------------------
OR If you don't have Microsoft Development environment then ask to your Company/Partner/Ls Retail for Creating "member management" page.
once they created, after that you are able to creating web services.

I would like to use this web services to consume.
My project is to show member points.
Im using php and ntlmsoap and I can successfully communicate with customer card page

First check carefully, whatever the Object you selected that are belongs from only, Object Type [Page,Codeunit, Query].
I think your Object not belongs from document type [Page,Codeunit, Query].
Do one thing first search in development environment.
