We are Implementing Talent with 3 legal entity in one tenant. We are having an issue since HR user can see and view the employee enroll in a benefit plan. It was not filter per company.

Can you explain the exact issue you have? Talent is a solution with global data. What is your company's issue or risk if for one person, you can see details for multiple legal entities? Can you provide an example?

You can restrict access of this user and role to other legal entities.
