Segment Deletion

I accidentally deleted my Draft Segment, when I meant to just delete a contact from the Segment. I do not see anywhere on Dynamics where I can access or retrieve recently deleted items. 
I had not gotten a message asking to confirm that I wanted to delete the segment, this seems odd as it is not possible to immediately delete a contact card. Any suggestions on how to get it back? Other colleagues had started populating the Segment list and I'd hate to have to re-do everything.

    Regarding your question about recovering deleted records.

    According to this official document, there are several ways to recover accidentally deleted records.
    The first one, environment back and restore, rewinds the production environment to before the deletion of records. However, all data after the restore point is lost.
    The second one, restores the backup of the production environment to a new sandbox environment. Use Power query in the new sandbox environment to restore records to the production environment tables.

    If you have such a need, use XMLToolBox to restore records after enabling auditing and then again in case of accidental deletion. The link is as follows:
     
    Regarding the issue that you have mentioned that you are not receiving the deletion confirmation message, we believe that your system administrator may have removed the deletion confirmation event from the Delete button when setting up the Segment command line.
