Hi Aniket, I actually edited the Forms Pro survey form and changed the fields to no longer be read only. on the back of this I populated them with the Survey URL.. I get the feeling that in the future Microsoft will release an update which will automatically update these.

I understand that you have created a workflow in CRM to create forms pro survey invite.
Unfortunately, forms pro survey invites cannot be created within CRM, for now forms pro survey invites should be created with one of the options mentioned in below article.

Out of which creating invites using Power Automate is more feasible for your requirement that is to trigger based on an event in CRM.

I got the similar issue with Form pro Survey invitation URL. I
It is not populating.
I have Workflow created which created Survey invite but under this i did not see URL
Hi Justin,
The Survey URL is a placeholder field for upcoming feature and is not populated currently. In future, Survey URL field will get populated with Forms Pro designer URL, clicking on which would take us to Forms Pro edit page for that survey.
