Hi we've noticed an issue where since our D365 Business Central Production instance was upgraded on the 4th April, email notifications aren't working anymore
Someone in our Finance team should get an email notification when a purchase invoice needs approval, but this hasn't happened since 4th April, which seems a bit of a coincedence to me
We've checked the SMTP settings and they all appear correct because when we send a test email, we receive it
I've attached a screenshot of the error if that helps anyone. The error is showing 'sendasdenied' in there but as the test email was sent and received, am wondering if there's anything else we can check
We haven't done anything since the upgrade that could cause this, this was only brought to light a few days ago when finance were getting concerned because they weren't getting emails that they know they should have been
If anyone can suggest anything to try, or is having a similar issue, please can you let me know?
