Is there any inbuilt currency convert is available in d 365 F&O?
for example, I am using USD Currency and that will be frequently changing in a minute. So my concern is how to handle this currency convert. i.e., either manual enter orelse any setup configuration orelse customization.
Please help me on it.

F&O supports multi currency accounting out of the box.
Please clarify what process are you referring to?

You can setup currency exchange rates in D365FO and update them either via the currency form or using data entities.

You can as well, update the exchange rate using a currency rate exchange provider
