Copy Document function taking too long

Hi,

The Copy Document function is taking too much time to create a sales invoice from a posted invoice. The lagging exists even when they create a manual invoice, entering qty takes a long time to validate.

It is only happening to few users. They have NAV 2017 and this cannot be reproduced on my login at all. I have tried logging on the user PC NAV by using Run as a different user and it works in seconds. So it is not a user PC/user NAV installation issue.

Deleted the user personalisations, removed the  PersonalizationStore.xml from the user PC and even gave them SUPER rights. The issue still persists. I am running out of ideas now. Please, can anyone suggest any other way to diagnose/resolve this issue?

    Try to remove the Page Personalization for the Sales Invoice and Subform and when you assigned SUPER did you remove their old permissions?

    Long Path Tool will let you easily delete, copy or rename long path files.

    Hi Alexander,

    The users use Windows Auth directly from their PC. I am not facing any issues when logging with my user id on their computers. They have on-premise server.

    How do users connect? Is it web interface or windows client? Are they using terminal server? Are you facing the same issue when logging with your user on their computers?
