Hi All,
we have upgraded our AX 2012 R3 successfully to the D365FFO, however we used to have our Document Management in our database in AX 2012, how can we have the attachments upgraded ?
Thank you,
Hi Mohammad,
To get your attachments linked to Dynamics 365, you can use the Data Management Framework. Note that there are only a few entities which do support attachments, like persons and products. For other tables, you might need to develop new data entities.
There might be also other ways, but I haven't used that myself before.
Thank you Andre, all our attachments are stored in AX 2012 R3 database, how can we use DMF to get those attachments to the D365F&O on-premises file server.

Hi Srinivasan,
You are trying to change the topic of this question. I also noticed that you already created another question on the forum. I responded to that one already. Please take care when posting your questions. Don't add duplicates on the forum and don't change the topic of an original question on an existing post.
Hi Muhammad,
I forgot one option. Can you indicate if you did use the full database upgrade option or did you moved settings and master data via data management?
