Hide Result button in Advance Find based on Security Role

Hi,

Is it possible to hide Result button in Advance Find for a specific Security Role?

HI,

Please share the code you tried. Are you using Xrm.Webapi to retrieve the logged in user role name then you will have to use promise in your JS code because Xrm.Webapi is async and not give you the result in real time.

I already tried it and its not working

if u have already tried it can u please share the steps of the enable rule or the display rule it will be helpful for me.

Hi,

You will need to create new solution and add Application ribbon to your solution by selecting Client Extension->Add Existing->Application ribbon

Now open Ribbon workbench tool-> Select your Solution-> Select Result button under Home ->Right click->Customize command ->add your enable rule/disable rule to hide/show based on security role.
