Dear Experts,
i m facing a problem while running Vendor / Ledger Reconciliation report, its showing no data in all entities.
can any one tell me whats the actual reason behind this .

Did you run the report with the parameter to shown differences only active?

I suspect that you have some posted transactions in the period selected and that all of your vendor transactions have been transferred to GL. That is, nothing is stuck in the subledger journal entries not yet transferred form, right?
Can you share a single vendor transaction that has been made and include some screenprints here that show the voucher and the transaction origin?
In addition, can you let us know what AX2012 version you operate?

Concur with Ludwig's response. You can see if there are any entries not transferred under GL -> Inquiries -> Subledger journal entries not yet transferred. If there are, the I would suggest to review the batch transfer rule setup under GL and make it Synchronous. Even before that happens, make sure to run the job to trasnfer the pending ones to GL.
The easiest way to verify is run voucher transactions inquiry for the summary account for at least one of the vendor group from vendor posting profile. If there are no trx returned, then please verify as suggested above.

Have you made some progress in getting this problem resolved?
In the meantime, I had a look at LCS and found a number of hotfixes that are related to this report.
They don't seem to address your issue but you might want to have a look at them anyway.

ludwig thanks for your response.. i did not reply at the time because we were celebrating Eid Ul Adha.. i m using ax2012R3.. i think the problem is more what i told you... i was running last years report but also nothing is appearing.. that was something more interested for me.. actually before three weeks compilation process was run and after that we are facing this issue and only this reports showing no data..all other processes are running smoothly.

If this problem occurs since the last compilation run then I would suggest getting into contact with your system admins / developers. If there are some problems / warnings / errors that occur during this run they should be able to see and fix them.
Please have a chat with your colleagues.
I believe that they are able to help you getting this issue fixed.
