I need to expose an external application in USD, and have the customer name context passed from dynamics CRM online that is already present in USD to the external application. How can achieve this?

I need to expose an external application in USD, and have the customer name context passed from dynamics CRM online that is already present in USD to the external application. The idea here is to avoid the user search again the same customer name in the external application. How can achieve this?
