Followed all the steps suggested in the document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/portals/configure-knowledge-categories-articles. But cannot find the articles on the portal. All the documentation related to KB Articles are only for community or self service portal templates. Based on the below document, I can see that MS doesnot have knowledge base available for Blank templates. Any ideas how to achieve this?

As the doc mentioned, in default the blank portal is not supported for Knowledge Management.
If you want to show articles in blank portal, you could assign administrator role to your user for portal and then add new web page(entity list, entity form) to show Knowledge article records in portal.
