Is it possible to remove 'Activities' or 'Email' as an option from Advanced Find?

Setting up Customer Service for our environment, and management wants everything in a single BU.  CS agents would need at least BU level permission, to see updates from each other in cases, including email updates.

However, I do not want agents to view emails of Sales team, who are also in the same BU.  Have obfuscated access to date using custom/restricted views.  As such, CS agents still permission to view mails, but only in cases, or in the custom views, where Sales team mails are omitted.

However, when using Advanced Find, they still have the ability to lookup Email/Activity, and create a view from that, showing ALL emails...

    Hi misc981,

You can refer the following link, which provides multiple solutions to hide entities in Advanced Find:

     https://mscrm16tech.com/2019/07/21/hide-entities-from-advanced-find-list-ms-crm/

Based on description, the last one is the most feasible:using Custom Code – Javascript and ribbon workbench.
