data transfer between Navison and LS Retail POS

While transferring item description from HO to the store servers  by LS Retail scheduler simultaneously, ® character not appearing correctly in one of the store server. But it is appearing correctly in another store  server.

    Make sure all the store and HQ are on the same collation and windows has the same local settings.
