Getting error while running prospective vendor user request

Hi All,

I am trying to send the request to vendor via Prospective vendor registration requests. I have done all the setups such as:- External users, assigning external vendor roles to the vendor, already created the below workflows.

But when I click on Invite user I am getting below error again and again

Can some one please advice what thing i am missing.

Did you also create external roles? Go to sys admin > security > external role

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for your reply. Problem solved. There are 2 users of same name and same id so i deleted one and it is working now.
