Highlight Assistant bulb when new items are added

Hi community,

i was wondering if there is a way to access/change the logic of the light bulb of the assistant to change it, when new items are added?

E.g. there is an opportunity that I have to close because the due date is over. Then I have a new entry in the assistant. When this new entry is created I want the bulb to light up or show a number (of unread / open tasks).

Is this possible?

Any help or suggestions is appreaciated.

    Hi Jay Kay,

Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to achieve this. Here is the doc about configuring the Assistant: Configure the Assistant | Microsoft Docs

You could post an idea to progress this feature: experience.dynamics.com/.../

You can do that, but certainly not with every kind of bulb. I believe you’re talking about changing the color of the light bulb by modifying its logic. I did a similar experiment in college(I’m an engineering major) and I got my bulbs from www.vont.com/.../. I know it does not seem like such a big deal, but I found the search for the right bulb pretty difficult. You should search for an article online, I found it incredibly helpful for understanding the logic of what I had to do. It’s called “Computer Organization and Design Fundamentals” by David Tarnoff.
