- Integration error - Integration via dynamics 365 online plugin with sap

I have a plugin that every time an occurrence is created, the protocol number created is sent to sap. However, some occurrences these days did not integrate, and the error message was Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

What can it be?




I heard that SAP was quite slow these days, could it have been the cause / Is it on the SAP side and not the plugin?

Hi,

Are you serializing/deserializing anything in your plugin?

If yes then it if failing to do that. You will have to debug your plugin or log the traces in plugin trace log to view the execution of your plugin.
