Good morning to all of yours. First of all thank you so much in advance for your support.

Well we are running MS Dynamics 365 8.2.24.14v On Premise. We did the claims-base authentication and we also complete the IDF configuration. We also activate the OAuth authentication in our system. All is working well from browser point of view. Our only issue is with the Outlook plugin. For some random user is impossible to configure the organization in the plugin. The right URL is maintained in the configuration wizard and the ADFS screen pops up asking for credentials. If are introduced wrong credentials the ADFS answer back saying that the credentials are wrong however if are provided the right credentials the ADFS did not route request to the MS CRM system instead of that the ADFS is asking again to provide the credentials.

Did you had the same issue, if so how did you fix it?

Hi there, after a deeper investigation using fiddler we realize that the issue happens due to the wrong installed version of the plugin. Somehow the support team who did the installation of the plugin didn't install the compatible version of the plugin. The oldest version of the plugin (v8 and/or 8.1v) aren't able to get the needed token from the MS CRM causing the impossibility to perform the user authentication
