We have installed Simcrest add-on in Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 SP1 in our client’s place. They have a user who is receiving the error message below when she is trying to charge/authorize credit cards from NAV.  She can do this from another computer so it is not permissions related, but we have uninstalled the Simcrest software and NAV software but it still will not work. 

Can you help determine what is causing the error?

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={A378E78B-5DB6-45E9-B598-9ED74A7CCCE1} 1.0:{439CFE8B-8413-4DCD-9BCE-B446A08EF972}:’Navision Attain Hash 1.0’.HashCalculator.Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered

    I think this is to do with e-mail, possibly related to Office installation what version of office do you have installed?

    You mentioned having tried to do the same thing from a different computer. What are the differences between the two? Is their Operating System different? It might be due to some legacy OS issues, or maybe some dependences of the software itself might be missing.

    hi,

    if the automation is used on client side it's necessary that you install it on each client computer. check if the automation is installed correctly.

    open a command prompt with "run as administrator" option and enter "regsvr32 [automation file name]".
