We're testing the new real-time segment builder, and have som issues regarding custom customer fields.
We have a custom table where we have a custom field of type 'customer', and this is the relation we want to utilize to fint the contact for the segment. However, when adding attributes from the custom table to the segment, the relation via customer is not applicable.
When trying to do the same from an standard table (and standard customer field), it works fine. It also works in the Outbound segment builder.
The question is: How can we use custom made customer fields in real-time segments?
