Hello and thank you for your time to review my question.

Client is using Avalara Tax for sales tax (US Client) -
When I print the Sales order confirmation it is not showing the sales tax or the total incl sales tax.

Has anyone had this issue?

I am customizing the word document #1305 Sales-Confirmation.  I thought it may be my custom report, but I tried printing it with out of the box report and still not showing totals.  The totals in BC Order are correct and show the tax -

Know this is a bit old; wondering if it was ever resolved.  Having the same issue today with a client.

Try releasing the order before printing, changing the status to released recalculates tax so perhaps that will fix it

Our consultant notified us that a code change is required to order confirmations when you use Avalara.  She explained that Avatax is clearing that field during the sales posting routine in one procedure and rebuilding the data in another.  She said that OnLineOnAfterGetRecordOnBeforeCalcTotals event in report 1305 needs to re-populate the Amount Including VAT and the Total Tax field.

    Hello,

You should replicate the Case in Sandbox Environment and need to debug the same.

Simple replicate the same scenario and put debugger and check it.
