I want to queue the invoicing to print them all when done

Hi,

I am new to AX and have been invoicing (Purchase Order > Posting > Invoice).

Once in the Invoice window, they instructed me to click the buttons Posting and Print Invoice.

I select Packing slip as Quantity.

My question - if I have a lot of invoicing to do I would rather post them and then print out all the invoices afterwards instead of after each post. Printer setup is to the printer.

How can I do this?

Once you post all the invoices, You can go to invoice journals(Inquires->Invoices).And there select all the invoices you want to print then do Print->Print Management..Hope it can help you!!
