
The "SYSTEM" user of Dynamics 365 is currently creating new contacts when a new name is added to an email communication that is being tracked within Dynamics.
These contact records are always incomplete (do not even link to an Account) and sometimes outright incorrect (e.g. members of my own company being created as external contacts).
How can I prevent this from occurring?
