Schedule Board crashes when loading Booking Tooltip for only one specific Work Order Type

When I load the Schedule Board and mouse over a Booking to load the tooltip, usually it loads appropriately like this:

However, when I hover over a Booking with a specific Work Order Type, in our case 'Schedule Block', it crashes the board:

Nothing has changed recently with the view used on the tooltip, and there have been no changes to that Work Order Type. Any ideas?

Hi. We had schedule board crashing issues but ours was related to the amount of rows/columns we had when schedule board was trying to load. Have you tried logging a ticket directly with Microsoft support to see if they can assist?
