Is there any way we can add users in field security profile having specific security role ?
Currently we can add only Users and Teams there.

I'm afraid there is no settings to automate that out-of-box. You will have to develop that.

You can create specific team for specific security role and assigned the team in the Field security profile. Its just opposite , you can also give same name of security role to the team.

Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve this other than Users and Teams.

Actually I was thinking same, but don't know how to implement this.
Can you pls explain?
Let say you have 15 security role , so create 15 team for each security role and assign the team to the Security role.
Now you can also assign the specific team(Assigned particular security role ) to field security profile as per your need.
