hey everyone,
I have done all the back office setup on hardware profile and mentioned the device logical name correct and receipt was attached on hardware profile and data is sync with DB.
and Printer test printing working fine but when we will try to give print from POS its showing below error.
"Please ensure that a printer is set up and receipt formats are configured"
we are using EPSON and printer type is OPOS.
is any path or is any setup we missed..
