Receipt Printing error in POS

hey everyone,

I have done all the back office setup on hardware profile and mentioned the device logical name correct and receipt was attached on hardware profile and data is sync with DB. 

and Printer test printing working fine but when we will try to give print from POS its showing below error.

"Please ensure that a printer is set up and receipt formats are configured"

we are using EPSON and printer type is OPOS.

is any path or is any setup we missed..

    Please make sure that you have added a dedicated hardware station in Store Setup if the printer is directly attached to the MPOS. On your first login to the pos, use the select the hardware station to activate a hardware station.

    thanks for your response. could you please tell me some query related to receipt print.

    1. hardware station is mandatory if we contact the printer direct to pos machine.

    2. shall we run both file that we downloaded from hardware profile and from hardware station on POS machine.

    3.what are the basic setup we need to do the receipt print on pos machine in d365

    4. how we setup the host name and port on hardware station.

    1. If you are using MPOS and directly connecting the hardware to POS. You do not have to install hardware station.

    2. You need to run only the Device installer on the POS. 

    3. You need to setup a dedicated hardware station in store configuration window. Even though it doesn't validate the port number and EFT POS number, it is mandatory that you need to enter some number in both the fields

    4. You can give localhost in the hostname field and port number is not required if you are using MPOS and hardware is directly connected to it.
