Error After Starting AX Service "An unhandled Microsoft .Net Framework exception occurred in AXServ32.exe [30444]"

After Staring AX Service , an error message "an unhandled Microsoft Net Framework exception occurred in AXServ32.exe [30444]" shown and clicking either "Yes/No" causes AX service to be shutdown and because of this error Workflow Batch Job not working.

This error arrived few days back , previously running fine.

1. Look at event viewer to get more detail error

2. Most of the time full compile and generate full CIL can be starting point to check n fix
