Sales Sandbox - Reset

I setup a development sandbox Power Platform environment with the Sales Professional application (during creation, not after creating). Unfortunately, I need to reset the environment, however the reset functionality is giving the following error

The reset operation cannot be performed on the environment with templates 'D365_SalesPro'

I'm not sure whether this means when the environment was initially created or using the Sales template for the reset. I'm weary of not selecting it on the reset due to this comment in the documentation:

You can't install the Sales Professional app on Microsoft Dataverse environments. When you try to install Dynamics 365 Sales, Professional on a Microsoft Dataverse environment, you'll be asked to select a different environment.

Would the best option here be to delete and recreate the environment 24 hours later (after the URL has become available again)?

    Hey Sam.

    Do you have a screenshot?  Usually:

    a) environment must be a sandbox

    b) even it has Sales_Pro installed, should allow you to reset:

    There's a slight difference if the environment doesn't have Sales Pro deployed, so it's only a "dataverse" environment, without Dynamics apps.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for the response. Due to time sensitivity I decided to go ahead and delete/recreate the environment anyway, but can repro + show on a seperate test environment.

    The environment was created by adding a DV database and adding the Sales Pro application during initial creation, not after the fact - if that helps.
