Batch alert are not sending by email

Hi everyone

I work in a company where batch notification are created but not sending by email.

Company can sent mails but mails notifications are not working.

I tried to debug to watch what are happening where a process is running on batch

For test I use email distribution batch process that send a mail and send a notification by mail.

First find in email parameters is when email distribution is working and try to send sysoutgoingemail records.

Second find in email parameters is when system going to send email notification but the system can find record in email parameters, ¿anyone know what are happens?why system can't find a record in email parameters?

then you may capture AX trace, to see exact SQL generated by AX. Then run the SQL directly in the database, does it return value?

SysEmailParameters (It's standard table without customizations) has not a DataAreaId field, I check SQL and it don't exists but I see when I',m debugging

From the screenshot, the dataareaID of sysEmailParameter is 'DAT'. you may reschedule batch in correct company.
