My Dynamics NAV is grayed out in Excel, so I can not update my reports....

Try to disable the add-in using File --> Options, and then re-enabled it again.

Unfortunately, is doesn't seem to be the issue, the data have been exported from NAV to excel. I just re-exported another database (just to check up), and it still doesn't make the trick :(

Have you exported the data to excel from NAV? once you export the data, that control will enable and you can update and refresh.
