The Unified Interface does not fully support chart customization yet.  One step forward, two steps backward :(

    docs.microsoft.com/.../about-unified-interface

    Towards the bottom:

Capabilities not yet on Unified Interface

We released some capabilities of the legacy web client in the Unified Interface that are available in the hybrid experience. You can enable the hybrid experience to get them in the browser client.

There are certain capabilities that continue to be unavailable in the Unified Interface and we are working to provide these in future releases:

    • Custom styling of advanced chart properties (excluding colors and basic formatting)

    • Composite address control

    • Composite fullname control

    • Global notifications

    • Admin experiences

    • Editable grids on phones

    • Learning Path

Yes, but it seems that Customer Service Hub does not support some xml customizations. Any idea on how to go forward with this?

Have you tried with the Advanced Chart Editor in XRM Toolbox?

Did you ever figure this out?  I am having a similar issue with customizing a pie chart to include labels.

Thank you Leo for your inputs. I have tried in Customer Service Hub but the customization does not show. Example: In pie chart Label="#VAL out of #TOTAL" does not work.

It works on legacy version but does not show on Customer Service Hub.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi partner,

You could export the charts from customer service hub and edit it in xml file and upload it again into D365.

For example, I want to change the column colour of "Active Cases By Agent" chars of case, I export the original chart first.

Then I got a XML file and I changed the colour code to red and import the XML file into D365 and created a new chat named "Active Cases By Agent (copy 2)".

About how to manage chars by xml, please refer to the following docs.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/customize-dev/sample-charts

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/customize-dev/understand-charts-underlying-data-chart-representation

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
