I cannot publish custom pages anymore

I have created a couple of custom pages.  I was able to save and publish them previously.  Now, I don't see an option to "Save and Publish".  I can only save.  The only change I've made aside from component changes is that I saved a copy of my custom page, renamed it, published my changes and then added the custom page to my app.  I am wondering what needs to be done so that I can publish again.

    This was a browser cache issue.  Once I cleared my cache, I could publish.
