Opportunity Close Reasons not showing

Hi,

I am trying to change/set up new status reasons for closing an opportunity as lost but I am really struggling to get the drop down in the Opportunity close entity to show the correct information. I have added the reasons to the Opportunity Status Reason first (StatusCode) and then added the entries to the Opportunity Close entity (OpportunityStatusCode) with the same Label and Value.

The values for the new entries all begin 976,930,xxx compared to the original ones with 100,000,xxx . I'm also seeing entries in the list that have been deleted from both places as well.

Is there a better way to make sure that the information on both lists are correct so that I can see them in the dropdown?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I can display customized option in the Status Reason field of the Opportunity Close form.

In the Opportunity Close Quick Create form, add a new option to the Status Reason field with a value of 6.

Then in the Opportunity form, add an identical option for the Status Reason field with a value of 100000000.
