Hi,
I was playing around with the analytics section in personnel and I noticed when I went to see how many consultants we have in our business a completely wrong metric appeared?
It says we have 76? but we have 50 consultants in our business. Could this be because I've changed employee position details a couple of time and in the manage changes section there are multiple details?
Thanks,
HS
Hi sir,
Did you find the cause for the issue?
Hi Judy,
I figure it out myself. For anyone wanting to know. If you change/edit a position in dynamics HR you will need to go to the manage view section and delete any previous edits you have made so that the data does not affect the analytics in the system. For example, if a position has change from PTE 0.5 to FTE 1 and you do not delete the PTE 0.5 than it will show as 1.5 for the position in the analytics. Something to be mindful of.
Thanks
