So when I open up Queues through Service > Queue the queue that I see is 'Queues I'm a member of' however, the queue that I would like to see first is a different queue that I created.
At the moment everytime I open queues I have to click on the drop down menu and choose the queue I want, is there a way to set this as default so that queue opens up everytime I go go queues?
Thanks for your help in advance
When you pin the view, then whatever queue is selected at that time will also be pinned. That has worked for me and other people in the Unified Interface.
#1: So what the heck do we do when MS decides to kill the Classic?
#2: It's a bit unclear to me where the Default Queue setting on user is actually used?
Hi Manuel,
#1 - you can change it using the Classic UI and it applies to the Unified Interface as well!
#2 - I agree.
Unfortunately 1) isn’t possible in UCI.
And 2) is only for private queues as far as I know.
Simple as that, I knew I was just being blind :D
Thanks for your help.
Hi partner,
It is possible to set a default queue but you need to set the default queue for each user.
There are 2 ways to change a user's default queue.
1.Go to Service->Queue and chose the queue you want to set as default and click "Set as default view".
2.Go to Settings->Security->User and select a user and then find field "Default Queue".
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Leo
