Hi All,

I am using Analysis View and got my data by month into refreshable pivot table using data connector. The following is the excel which bringing the net moment of the month correctly but I wanted to bring opening balance for the year so when we do report for Balance sheet it will be opening + net moment of the month and closing will be the figure for the balance sheet for the period. How to do them.

What data connector are you using?

Are you pulling the data from an API?

hi I just opened analysis view card then edit the same in excel and saved it so its connected to BC. Whenever I wanted it I can press refresh which will update the data. And I use the data to build my pivot table in excel.

I think it will be much simpler to use Excel Layout. Analysis View is mainly used to view data within BC. If you need to use Excel, it is recommended to use Excel Layout.

Can you please confirm on excel layout how to get opening balance and closing balance so that I can get balance sheet in excel which can be refreshable.
